Fraud Fight Club – Event Gift Box

Fraud Fight Club is a U.S.-based platform that brings together senior professionals in the financial and fraud prevention space. We managed the end-to-end sourcing and production of a fully customized gift box as an integral part of the event’s marketing and attendee experience.
Once distributed to attendees across the U.S., each box arrived in excellent condition, with every item carefully and securely presented. The quality was widely praised, prompting attendees to share unboxing content on LinkedIn and driving early visibility ahead of the event.

What We Delivered

We handled the sourcing and production of a fully customized gift box, including a two-layer foam insert, keychain, pen, and printed card, all produced at scale in accordance with the provided design.
The foam insert was developed through multiple rounds of refinement, with each compartment carefully engineered to securely hold every item in place. For key components such as the trophy and hoodie, the mold was created without finalized physical samples. Throughout the process, we provided technical input and feedback to the designers, helping optimize the structure and ensuring all items were tightly secured without shifting.
Following nationwide shipping and distribution across the U.S., all components remained secure and intact, maintaining a consistent presentation upon arrival.

Rapid Delivery

Completed from design to U.S. delivery in just 70 days — including a 10-day factory holiday during Chinese national holidays, with samples produced in China and sent to Germany for review, as well as 10 days of international shipping.

Rapid Prototyping

Initial samples — including the custom-molded gift box based on actual items — were completed within 10 days and delivered to Germany for in-person review. Multiple iterations were carried out within a limited timeframe, including three rounds of refinement for the keychain and additional sampling for different pen designs and refills.

Advanced Logistics Coordination

We work with multiple experienced freight forwarders, each with distinct strengths. We optimized shipping by separating different product categories to improve efficiency and reduce costs. We also offer flexible global logistics solutions — from sample delivery to Germany to full-scale shipment to the U.S.

End-to-End Client Support

For a client with no prior sourcing experience, we managed the entire process — including project coordination, remote sample reviews, logistics, and customs clearance — allowing the client to remain hands-off while ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Flexible Development Approach

We worked closely with evolving requirements and adjusted accordingly, including developing custom-molded components without finalized physical samples — applying our own methods to ensure accuracy and consistency.
